シニアプロダクトマネージャー

パーソナルファイナンス管理アプリにおいて、製品戦略と機能ロードマップを定義し、ユーザーのニーズに基づいた製品開発を主導します。ユーザーリサーチと市場分析を通じて、財務管理ツールの改善点を特定し、エンジニアリング、デザイン、マーケティングチームと密接に連携して新機能を開発します。ユーザーの財務体験を向上させるため、データ分析とA/Bテストを活用し、製品のパフォーマンス指標を継続的に測定・改善します。ユーザー中心のアプローチを重視し、製品のライフサイクル全体（アイデア立案から開発、リリース、反復改善）を管理し、ファイナンステクノロジーにおけるイノベーションを推進します。

・Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field ・5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within B2C or fintech environments ・Demonstrated success in defining and launching impactful digital products, with a focus on customer-centric solutions ・Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions ・Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ・Strong understanding of agile methodologies ・Business level English and Japanese required

・MBA or relevant Master's degree ・Experience with A/B testing, user research, and data analysis tools ・Experience working in cross-functional teams ・Ability to think strategically while balancing short-term goals and long-term vision ・Passion for personal finance
