最先端の機械学習モデルの開発と本番環境への展開を主導し、複雑で大規模な問題解決に取り組みます。PyTorch、TensorFlow、JAXなどの最新MLライブラリを活用し、トランスフォーマーなどの先進的なモデルアーキテクチャを大規模システムに実装します。大規模な実験の設計、実行、監督を行い、技術的な専門知識と実験的直感を駆使して、研究成果を実践的なソリューションに変換します。クロスファンクショナルなチームと協働し、モデルのトレーニングとスケーリング、本番環境への円滑な統合を実現します。また、最新の機械学習研究動向を常に追跡し、革新的な技術を製品ソリューションに戦略的に組み込みます。

・Ph.D. or Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field ・Extensive experience (10+ years) in applied machine learning, with a proven ability to translate academic research into real-world applications ・Expertise in developing models using modern ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX ・Proficient in multiple programming languages, with a preference for Python and at least one other language (e.g., Rust, C++) ・Deep understanding of machine learning architectures (including Transformers and other modern models) and experience scaling them to production-level systems ・Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and algorithms ・Knowledge of GNU/Linux systems, with experience in optimizing large-scale distributed systems for machine learning workloads
