Creator Growth Executive

グローバルに展開するコンテンツクリエイター事業において、YouTubeを中心とした様々なプラットフォーム上のクリエイターと積極的に連携し、パートナーシップ契約の締結と収益最大化を目指す業務を行います。具体的には、コンテンツクリエイターへのアプローチ、収益分配契約の交渉、月間収益目標の達成、クリエイターのコンテンツ最適化支援、パフォーマンス分析を行います。クリエイターとの長期的な関係構築を重視し、YouTubeショート動画を中心としたコンテンツ制作の促進、収益向上のためのアドバイスや課題解決を継続的に実施します。

・Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Communications ・Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and build lasting relationships ・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, from creators to internal teams ・Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creators ・Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs

・Previous hands-on experience with YouTube CMS, YouTube Analytics, Google Sheets, and Google Slides ・Previous experience in contract management, including understanding of revenue-sharing models and legal agreements ・A strong network in the content creation or digital media space ・Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
