・3+ years of management experience in crossfunctional teams ・A deep understanding of backend/frontend technologies, APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns ・Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities with both backend and frontend engineers ・Experience in project management, prioritization, and roadmap planning ・A proven track record of delivering integrated solutions that meet business requirements

・Japanese language proficiency at a business or native level ・Understanding of cultural differences ・Knowledge and experience in chatbots, AI, marketing, and SaaS products
