FP&Aシニアマネージャー/ディレクター

宇宙システム企業における財務企画・分析の責任者として、財務計画プロセスの策定と実行、予算編成、長期財務モデリングを行います。経営幹部に対して財務パフォーマンスや市場トレンドに関する戦略的洞察を提供し、重要な意思決定を支援します。事業部門のリーダーと密接に協力し、組織目標に合わせた財務ニーズを調整します。また、潜在的なビジネス上の決定や目標に関する財務影響のシナリオ分析を実施し、事業開発活動をサポートします。月次・四半期の財務決算プロセスの精度を確保し、経営陣や取締役会向けの財務報告資料の作成を支援します。市場規模の評価、政府プログラムの価格設定、収益性分析などを通じて、組織の財務戦略立案に重要な役割を果たします。

・Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA) is preferred ・10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis ・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement financial models ・Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly ・Experience with financial software and ERP systems ・Proficiency in Excel is required ・Experience with government programs and contracting ・Experience in a high-growth company setting ・Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

・Experience in the aerospace, satellite, or technology industry is a strong advantage ・Experience with market analysis and mergers & acquisitions ・5+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role ・FP&A certification (CMA, CFA) is a plus ・Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques to enhance financial reporting processes
