プロジェクトマネージャーとして、月面探査プラットフォームに関するプロジェクトの企画、予算管理、リスク評価、顧客折衝などを担います。プロジェクトの全工程における計画立案、進捗管理、リソース調整、技術開発プロジェクトの実行を主な業務とし、国際的なチームと協働しながら月面探査プロジェクトを推進します。■募集概要
月面探査プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトのライフサイクル全体の計画立案と実行を担当します。主な業務には、プロジェクト提案書の作成、リソース評価、予算見積もり、契約交渉、プロジェクト計画書の策定、活動モニタリング、リスク管理が含まれます。月面探査用のマイクロローバーおよび探査ローバーの開発プロジェクトにおいて、技術開発の各段階を管理し、顧客との効果的なコミュニケーションを維持しながら、プロジェクトの目標達成に向けて チームをリードします。プロジェクトの進捗状況を常に監視し、予算管理、リスク評価、改善提案を行い、プロジェクトの成功を確実にする重要な役割を担います。
■必須スキル
・Masters in an Engineering Discipline (Aerospace, Mechatronics, Tele-Communications or similar)
・Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management in the Aerospace Industry
・Experience in writing documentation
・Familiar with project management methodologies, including estimation of budgets, generation and monitoring of project plans, assessment of risks, etc.
・Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner at different levels
・Ability to think analytically, understand the big picture, establish the dependencies between seemingly unrelated topics and thereby maximize synergies
・Ability to prioritize effectively, make decisions accordingly and delegate when necessary
・Ability to negotiate effectively, explore alternatives and generate win-win scenarios
・Sound understanding of main factors driving success in Aerospace projects
・High level of proficiency in the English language is mandatory
■歓迎スキル
・Experience with space flight hardware
・Knowledge of systems engineering practices, fabrication, integration processes, quality and configuration management systems
・Experience with successfully engaging and collaborating with distributed teams
