*This position is employed by Money Forward, Inc. and seconded to Money Forward X Co., Ltd. with evaluation systems and benefits aligned with Money Forward. We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead Engineer to drive the automation strategy and lead a small, high-performing QA team for our fintech products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, proven experience in automating testing processes, and excellent leadership skills to guide the team in delivering secure, high-quality financial software. A high sense awareness and attention to detail are essential to ensure the reliability, compliance, and safety of our systems and data. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, API, and backend systems. Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure testability of requirements and high coverage across features. Participate in defining and improving QA processes and automation frameworks. Maintain and enhance existing automated test suites to ensure stability and scalability. Perform manual testing when required, particularly for exploratory or edge cases. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring issues are resolved effectively. Contribute to maintaining secure testing practices, especially in handling sensitive financial data. Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies in QA automation.会社情報
