Responsible for bridging in communication between development staff in Vietnam and Project Manager in Japan by participating in team meetings, handling issues, and translating - interpreting. In charge of GEO (Global Employment Outsourcing) operation management (support Recruitment Department about documentation and necessary procedures, communicate with Management Department in Japan, develop tools, etc.). Participate in a part of software development process such as the documentation process, requirements analysis, design, deploying, code reviewing, unit testing and operating the product. Other tasks from PM.
