In this role, in ICT application Team. you will plan, manage, and operates various business applications such as core systems, SCP systems, other business systems, and inter-system cooperation applications. [Specific Duties] System planning concept Requirement definition / Functional design / Development Operation and maintenance Vendor management, etc. [Mission] Develop and implement a strategic IT application integration plan that supports the business through long-term application planning, construction, and operation. Lead the development team to further promote the DX transformation of IDEC [Attraction of this position] There are opportunities to demonstrate both technical and planning skills through a wide range of work. It is possible to think for yourself, propose, implement, and enjoy the results. Understand the overview of the company as a whole and the relationship between operations and contribute to growth in dynamic roles. You can participate in various projects from the start. It is also possible to engage in global operations for bases spread around the world. ★ Full remote work is possible. The frequency of going to work is expected to be several times a month at the Osaka head office (individual interviews) [Workplace information] In charge of application: 8 people (resident outsourcing 10 people +) It is a flat workplace with no separation between young and veteran. Office attendance and remote work are departments that can respond flexibly according to the situation. Utilizing Microsoft Teams, etc., it is an environment where you can feel free to consult and have meetings regardless of whether you go to work or work remotely.
