組織全体のデータ活用を推進し、ビジネス価値の最大化に貢献するデータ・サイエンティストを募集しています。膨大なデータを分析し、課題解決や意思決定の高度化を支援することで、事業の成長を牽引する重要な役割を担います。 具体的な職務内容 （雇入れ直後） １．データ分析・モデル構築 ビジネス課題に応じたデータ分析、機械学習モデルの設計・構築・評価 Python、SQL等を用いたデータ処理・分析 分析結果を分かりやすく可視化し、関係者へ報告 ２．データ活用推進・提案 社内外の多様なデータソースを活用し、業務改善や新規事業の提案 データドリブンな意思決定を促進するためのレポートやダッシュボードの作成 ３．プロジェクト推進・連携 他部門やチームメンバーと連携し、データ活用プロジェクトをリード （変更の範囲）企画立案・折衝調整・コンサルティング・事務・管理等の業務全般 Position Summary: We are seeking a Data Scientist who will drive data utilization across the organization and contribute to maximizing business value. It is a key role in analyzing large-scale data, supporting advanced problem-solving and decision-making, and leading business growth. Candidates should possess expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data engineering, as well as the ability to understand business challenges and communicate findings clearly. Curiosity for new technologies, a quick learning ability, and strong collaboration skills are also highly valued. Main Responsibilities : 1.Data Analysis & Model Development Design, build, and evaluate data analyses and machine learning models tailored to business challenges Process and analyze data using Python, SQL, etc. Visualize and clearly communicate analysis results to stakeholders 2.Data Utilization & Proposal Leverage diverse internal and external data sources to propose business improvements and new initiatives Create reports and dashboards to promote data-driven decision-making 3.Project Management & Collaboration Lead data utilization projects in collaboration with other departments and team members会社情報
