You are expected to translate complex machine learning technologies into user stories and tangible product features with clear business value. We look for you to be the critical bridge between the technical team (ML Engineers, Data Scientists) and the business/user teams. コア AI 製品のロードマップの定義、計画、実行を担当していただきます。複雑な機械学習技術を、明確なビジネス価値を持つユーザーストーリーや具体的な製品機能へと落とし込むことが期待されます。技術チーム（ML エンジニア、データサイエンティスト）とビジネスチーム／ユーザーチームの間の重要な架け橋として活躍していただけることを期待しています。 Key Responsibilities 1. AI Product Mindset Demonstrate a high-level mindset for building AI products under uncertainty Understand limitations, risks, and uncertainties of AI technologies and translate them into manageable product assumptions Balance model performance, user experience, and business value beyond pure model metrics Design appropriate validation and learning loops for experimentation and iteration in AI projects 不確実性の高い環境下でも AI プロダクトを推進できる高い視座 AI 技術の制約・リスク・不確実性を理解し、プロダクト上の仮説や意思決定に落とし込める モデル精度だけでなく、UX・ビジネス価値を含めたバランスの取れた判断ができる AI プロジェクトにおける検証・反復・学習プロセスを適切に設計できる 2. 製品戦略と計画 Product Strategy & Planning Define the AI product vision, roadmap, and mid-to-long-term goals based on company strategy and market needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new AI application opportunities. 企業戦略と市場ニーズに基づき、AI 製品のビジョン、ロードマップ、中長期目標を策定します。 市場調査と競合分析を実施し、新たな AI 活用機会を特定します。 3. 要件の抽出と定義 Requirements Elicitation & Definition Collaborate closely with stakeholders, users, and Data/AI team to gather, analyze, and translate needs into clear, testable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Define the AI model's inputs, outputs, performance metrics (e.g.,Accuracy, Recall, Latency), and their impact on user experience. ステークホルダー、ユーザー、データ/AI チームと緊密に連携し、ニーズを収集・分析し、明確でテスト可能な製品要件ドキュメント（PRD）にまとめます。 AI モデルの入力、出力、パフォーマンス指標（例：精度、再現率、レイテンシ）、そしてそれらが会社情報
