Komatsu is the world's second-largest multinational construction equipment manufacturer and is responsible for the development, marketing, and distribution of Smart Construction. We are excited to bring Smart Construction solutions and services to the North American market. Smart Construction has already been deployed at over 15,000 job sites across Japan and is used in over 27 countries around the world. EARTHBRAIN’s mission is to digitally transform the job site using Smart Construction technology. We aim to streamline the construction process through automation and provide earthmoving contractors with increased collaboration, efficiency, productivity, and safety. Using Smart Construction, we’re able to extract previously untapped value with our revolutionary digital transformation solutions and services. It's time to start working smarter, not harder. We create a digital twin to visualize the jobsite. We run multiple simulations to create the optimal workplan. We guide and/or control equipment and resources based on the digital workplan. We monitor jobsite progress remotely and digitally. We continue to optimize the workplan based on jobsite progress and remove future issues. You will lead requirements definition, functional design, and system design for the remote operation solution currently under development. Defining requirements and designing architecture for remote operation solutions Developing remote control systems using video transmission and processing technologies Prototyping and validating the above system designs Leading agile development as the Product Owner of the development team Coordinating and collaborating with external vendors and partner companies Planning development, testing, and operations based on the roadmap, and managing schedules Designing UX/UI to improve end-user operational efficiency and working closely with designers Motivated to tackle societal challenges Highly curious and proactive in learning new techno
