Recursive is an Applied AI consulting company based in Japan working on developing solutions to some of these challenging problems. We collaborate with large Japanese enterprises to create innovative solutions to sustainability challenges, merging in our expertise in AI research and our client's domain knowledge. Building on its previous successes, Recursive is now looking to grow and expand its impact further. About the team: Recursive builds enterprise AI solutions for leading organizations in Japan and beyond. We partner with clients from early problem discovery through production deployment, helping them turn AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes. Our delivery Pods combine Business Solution Architects (BSAs) and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs). BSAs lead the business, client, and delivery side; FDEs lead technical execution. Responsibilities: Business Solution Architects bridge client needs and Recursive’s delivery teams. This is a broad, high-ownership role that may span depending on experience and strengths: Client discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design, Project management, PMO, and product ownership, Day-to-day client communication and stakeholder alignment, Delivery coordination with FDEs (Forward Deployed Engineers), Proposal development, scope definition, and deal support, Account management, upsells, and cross-sells, Technical feasibility and solution architecture support.会社情報
