The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join Faeger as our first local team member in Thailand. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in a pioneering project that aims to achieve a significant breakthrough in both increasing agricultural productivity and advancing climate change mitigation and adaptation within Thailand's rice sector. As the core local member of our Thailand operations, you will be at the forefront of transforming sustainable agriculture. Faeger Co., Ltd. is a Japanese startup driving innovation in agricultural carbon credits across Southeast Asia, with active projects in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand. This position is central to Faeger's Thailand expansion and will involve implementing the Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) methodology under internationally recognized carbon crediting frameworks, including Japan's Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) and potentially CORSIA (Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation).
