This role sits at the center of that transition. 【Role Overview】 This is a mission-critical position and TeraWatt’s first dedicated Product Marketing hire. You will be responsible for establishing Product Marketing at TeraWatt, while remaining deeply hands-on in execution. You will own how our battery platforms are positioned, communicated, and brought to market globally, in close collaboration with Sales, BD, R&D, Manufacturing, and leadership. We are seeking an expert-level professional who brings: A strong strategic perspective Proven hands-on execution capability The ability to operate independently and effectively in a scaling deep-tech startup This is a highly hands-on role. You will personally develop content, engage directly with customers, and drive go-to-market execution. 【Mission】 Define and communicate TeraWatt’s unique value proposition across global markets. Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, customer-relevant narratives. Enable commercial success with leading OEMs and partners. Establish scalable Product Marketing frameworks that will support future growth and team expansion. 【Key Responsibilities】 <Build & Lead Product Marketing > Define the scope, role, and operating model of Product Marketing at TeraWatt. Establish core frameworks for positioning, messaging, GTM, and sales enablement.
