ARAYAでは、熟練者の高度技能を短期間で継承できる「高効率技能伝承システム」の構築を進めています。 本ポジションでは、熟練者・初心者のマルチモーダルデータの取得 → 差異モデリング → VR/EMSフィードバック設計 → PoC実証まで一貫して担い、社会実装につながる研究成果の創出を目指します。 【業務の具体例】 1. マルチモーダル計測環境の構築 ・Motion Capture（OptiTrack等） ・IMU, sEMG, EEG, 眼球運動 ・カメラ映像、音声 2. 熟練者/初心者の技能差異モデルの構築 ・動作軌跡・筋電・脳波・IMU・視線の統合解析 ・時系列モデル（RNN/Transformer/CNN）による熟達度分類 ・特徴量抽出・技能解析 3. リアルタイムフィードバックシステムの実装 ・VR/AR を用いた視覚フィードバック ・EMSを用いた動作誘導（リアルタイム制御） ・熟練者の暗黙知を“定量化”して初心者へ伝達する仕組みの開発 4. Araya Inc. is seeking multiple researchers to join our cutting-edge research team in NeuroAI and the Science of Consciousness. We aim to bridge neuroscience, mathematics, philosophy, and artificial intelligence to uncover the computational principles underlying intelligence and consciousness. 大規模言語モデル（LLM）の開発に特化したエンジニアとして、クライアントと連携しながら高度な言語モデル技術の研究開発を行います。具体的には、7B規模以上のLLMのFine-tuningおよびPre-training、大規模コーパスからのトレーニングデータ作成、業務特化型の小規模言語モデル（SLM）の開発を担当します。複数のGPUを活用した高度な機械学習モデルの構築、Embedding ModelやRerankingModelの開発も重要な業務となります。実際の使用シーンを意識したモデル開発を行い、複数部門からのフィードバックを得ながら、組織に大きなインパクトを与える革新的なAIソリューションの創出に貢献します。
