The Product Discovery Team is responsible for everything from discovering new opportunities to delivering tools that accelerate the pace of research and make it more accessible to the world. Research is a field that is slow to change - our goal is to develop new products that accelerate research and inspire the next generation of researchers. Design plays a critical role in this team. To make our products accessible to all researchers, they must be innovative, rich in functionality, capable of complex tasks, yet simple to learn and use. We're looking for a Software Engineer who will help us with this mission. As an early member of this team, you'll take a major role in shaping our design culture and influencing the product direction. 【About This Role】 In this role, you'll work in a small cross-functional team - collaborating closely with designers and product managers - to discover new experiences for researchers. You'll be responsible for the architecture and design of complex distributed systems, helping shape the future of research together with the team. This position is based in our Tokyo office. オンライン学習サービス「Aidemy」のソフトウェア開発全般を担当し、プロダクトの進化と成長を牽引します。主な業務には、新規サービス・新機能の要件定義、設計、開発が含まれます。AIに関連する各種新規サービスの開発や、既存サービスの再設計、機能追加を行います。TypeScriptを使用したフロントエンド（React、Next.js）およびサーバーサイド（Node.js）の開発を中心に、クラウドインフラ（Cloudflare、Google Cloud）の整備、データベース（PostgreSQL）の管理も行います。技術戦略として、マネージドサービス、サーバーレス、マイクロサービス化、最新技術の早期導入、CDNエッジコンピューティング、AI・LLMを活用した開発に取り組みます。
