We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing Machine Learning algorithms and models for Object Detection, Classification, and Computer Vision applications. You will work closely with Machine Learning engineers, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders to create cutting-edge solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Deep Learning technology and Python programming, as well as experience in Classification and Object Detection tasks.

We have developed and proposed a cloud service (SaaS) that automates work in the fields of accounting and finance by utilizing AI (deep learning) and combining it with deep learning technology centered on AI-OCR. This service is attracting a great deal of attention as a service that realizes accounting DX and realizes the way of accounting in the digital and AI age, and opportunities for introduction and business negotiations are increasing dramatically, mainly among enterprise companies. In September 2023, we listed on the TSE Growth Market and are aiming to further expand our business. We are looking for new colleagues to strengthen our team to realize continuous improvement of service functions and quality of each product. ◆ Job Description As a backend engineer (full stack engineers welcome), you will develop AI services specialized in the accounting field developed in-house. The main in-house developed products are “Robota”, “Remota”, and “Billing (Peppol) platform service”, and there are three major development projects related to them. 1) Web application service to support DXing of accounting tasks by AI 2) AI engine API service to support accounting automation 3) Standard (Peppol) platform service to send and receive electronic invoices from various systems This position will be involved in all projects and develop common infrastructure areas using AI. This position is intended for software engineers with experience building and operating large-scale, highly reliable data platforms and distributed systems. At Turing, we are developing a fully autonomous driving system that controls vehicles directly from onboard camera inputs through an end-to-end AI architecture. Improving autonomous driving AI requires collecting and managing massive amounts of data, training and evaluating models, and continuously accelerating the iteration cycle of research and development. As a Machine Learning Systems Engineer, you will build the software systems and platforms that power this entire development lifecycle. Rather than conducting machine learning research yourself, your mission is to enable ML engineers and researchers to move faster, scale further, and operate more reliably. You will design and develop a wide range of software systems that support machine learning development, including data platforms, distributed systems, developer platforms, and training/evaluation pipelines. This role goes beyond infrastructure maintenance. You will work across teams to identify bottlenecks, formulate solutions, design systems, and implement improvements that increase the productivity and effectiveness of the entire organization.
