This position is employed by Money Forward, Inc. and seconded to Money Forward Home Co., Ltd., with evaluation systems and benefits aligned with Money Forward. At the Data Forward Department, our mission is to 'Drive products and businesses forward with data and AI.' As our services grow, both our user base and business potential are expanding rapidly. In this environment, expanding and stabilizing our data utilization infrastructure is an urgent priority. We are looking for individuals who can work with us toward this mission. You will play a vital role in driving data utilization for 'Money Forward ME' and accelerating business growth. Working closely with business departments such as marketing and sales, you will be responsible for everything from analysis design to the planning and execution of measures to solve business challenges. Specifically, you will lead the development of a beneficial data mart environment (datasets) within our internal analysis platform for members across all job functions related to 'Money Forward ME.' Beyond supporting data-driven decision-making, we expect you to contribute to the product development itself through the power of data. Through data, you can maximize the value of 'Money Forward ME' and accelerate business growth alongside numerous stakeholders. Since data is at the core of our decision-making, building and operating the data infrastructure is a critical role that directly supports the growth of the business. Furthermore, your impact will not be limited to data analysis and infrastructure management; you will also have the opportunity to engage in product feature development itself, such as integrating AI functionalities.
