In the position of Technical Support (AWS), wide-ranging tasks such as supporting the operation and maintenance of systems utilizing AWS, troubleshooting and problem resolution, system monitoring, and creating support scripts for automation are required. Active utilization of knowledge and experience related to AWS, and contributing to the resolution of technical issues for clients are also expected.Duties
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of systems utilizing AWS, responding to malfunctions and inquiries, system monitoring, and creating support scripts for automation. Also, responsible for the investigation and verification of new functions and services of AWS, and strategic planning for system security and operation efficiency.
