Mizuho Research & Technologies Co., Ltd. is carrying out the support and implementation of the central government's policy support business related to the promotion of decarbonization strategies and practical support, as well as international initiatives such as the latest trends in chemical substance emissions and GHG emissions calculations, and domestic investigations related to heat substance utilization, for a long time. We have a high level of expertise in domestic support for the implementation of the Tokyo Protocol and the promotion of RE100/SBT, J-Credit implementation, heat island countermeasures, transition to renewable energy, and the promotion of green bond issuance, among other things.Job Summary
The fields to be recruited are agricultural, forestry, and aquatic ecosystems, and each field is responsible for the company's policies/business, overseas development support, introduction support of SDGs/ESG, and the development of new business such as marine development. We are looking for people who are interested in overseas business development and new challenges, and who seek people with a desire to produce results.Duties
Support the global development of the forestry and water industry in Japan, and promote the global development of the agricultural industry through the support of the global development of the forestry and water industry in Japan. The following are the three fields to be recruited: ① Agricultural, forestry, and aquatic ecosystems, which implement policies/business of the company, support overseas development of Japanese companies, ② Experience in implementing SDGs activities, and experience in promoting the introduction of SDGs/ESG to corporate management, and the development of new business, ③ Technical development such as domestic and overseas business related to the forestry and water industry, and research and development, and the implementation of new social development.Requirements
・Seeking people with a desire to produce results, ・Interested in overseas business development, ・Collection of information on forestry and water-related policies/technologies/business directions in Japan and overseas, report creation, ・Experience in overseas/JICA local staff, ・Possibility of field work overseas, ・Experience in various types of support for each kind of company report, research, ・Experience in supporting third-party evaluations, ・Experience in power generation, combustion, fermentation, and plant operations, design, engineering, mechanics, and business/organization of energy field, environmental, and social development, ・Experience in technical fields such as game editing, and research and development, ・Experience in personnel management, and human resource management, and labor management, and regular employee, contract employee, dispatch employee, and part-time worker, etc.
