In the AI Customer Success department, we will work on customer problem solving, trouble shooting, system implementation and operation support, KPI/KGI application management, and proposal and improvement for customer feedback. We will work to solve global issues and contribute to the improvement of productivity and industrialization from Japan to the world through AI applications.Duties
We will work on the introduction and application support of AI-related products, customer problem solving, trouble shooting, system implementation and operation support, proposal and improvement for customer feedback, and BtoB customer support. In addition, we will actively work on specialized knowledge related to AI technology, and propose and implement advice for customer task efficiency and productivity improvement.
