In the position of AI Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing the direction and strategy of AI customer success, KPI/KGI analysis and visualization, natural language processing, deepening customer relationships, managing escalation, proposing feedback from customers, and solving various business and technical issues related to AI application, aiming to become a company that creates global solutions from Japan for AI utilization.Duties
