We are responsible for duties related to the creation of ICT and AI-centered innovations, patent utilization, and analysis of third-party patents (freedom to operate). Experience in the medical industry is not required, and we support product development in the medical field worldwide by discovering new research and diagnostic values, and supporting the commercialization of products in the medical industry worldwide.Duties
We are responsible for duties related to the creation of ICT and AI-centered innovations, patent utilization, and analysis of third-party patents (freedom to operate). In specific tasks, we create new innovations by applying the latest ICT and AI technologies, create technical investigation and patent application documents for patent applications, create evaluation reports for patent utilization, create investigation reports for patent utilization, create strategic proposals for patent applications, analyze existing patents, and conduct competitive patent investigations, among other tasks. In addition, we are also responsible for duties related to intellectual property in the medical industry, and support the strategic planning and implementation of patent applications for medical equipment and diagnostic technologies, as well as support for patent infringement and litigation, among other tasks.
