福利厚生制度関連業務・旅費・通勤交通費の支給および福利厚生制度に関する実務・事務手順の維持管理改善と事務オペレーション・法改正、制度新設・改定等への適切な事務フロー構築、システム開発対応、社内外の関連所管との折衝・調整チーム全体を統括するリーダーとして福利厚生制度運用、事務・システム開発、実務運用、所属チーム員メンバーのマネジメント(含む人事考課評定）・事務オペレーションの例　①通勤交通費の支給・保全の運営に関する実務　②団体保険の保全・支払いの運営に関する実務　③総合福利厚生サービス（ベネフィット・ステーション）の保全の運営に関する実務・法改正・新制度導入・改正に対する事務フローの構築、システム開発等　①福利厚生制度における新制度導入時の企画・立案　②事務フローの検討、作成、運営・DX化、事務フロー再構築、事務効率化　①システム開発を伴う事務フローの最適化推進　②事務見直しに伴う効率化策の実現　③新規システム導入や既存ツールの改修働く魅力・生命保険会社グローバルトップティアを目指して、日系大手企業ながら大きく変革するフェーズを実感し、自己成長を味わえること。・上記を踏まえて、既存の制度のあるべき姿を考え、変化させていく、非常に面白いフェーズに関われること。・チームリーダーとして3名程度のチームを複数担当いただく予定のため、今まで培われてきたご経験を再現できる環境であること。
