アフターサービス領域の事業拡大やサービス品質向上のため、海外ロボットメーカーとのアライアンス構築・折衝や技術力向上に関する業務をお任せします。【主な業務内容】 ①中国のロボットメーカーとの折衝・稼働後のニーズを踏まえた機能・技術改善提案・定例ミーティング・メーカー向けのレポーティング・メーカーへのエスカレーション案件の進捗管理 ②現状把握・改善提案・ロボットの稼働ログやユーザーの声による現状把握・分析・クライアントへの報告・改善提案・ロボットメーカーとの折衝（定例ミーティング・製品改善提案など） ③製品トラブル時の調査・分析および問い合わせ対応・遠隔サポート ※状態によっては現地対応の可能性があります（全体の1割未満）・既存顧客からの問い合わせ・修理対応【魅力】すかいらーくグループ様を中心に、国内最大級（3,500台以上）の稼働実績があるからこそ、様々なロボット実装の現場知見が集まります。新しいロボットの登場に伴う保守・製品改善の技術力向上やオペレーション構築など、社会インフラへインパクトがあり、やりがいも実感できるのは、現在のDFAの醍醐味です。ロボット自体に対してまだ馴染みの薄い日本では、良さを実感し繰り返し使いたくなるようなユーザーファースト、クオリティファーストのサポートを行うことが重要。単なる保守管理ではなく、『ロボットが当たり前に動く社会』のスタンダードを作るため、メーカー・パートナー・クライアントの間で「三方よし」の仕組みを一緒に作り上げるポジションです。
