As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Appier, you will be responsible for managing the customer success management function of the company's main clients. The main responsibility is to provide solutions to clients from both business and technical perspectives, and to implement them for client success. Customer development, technical knowledge, and digital marketing capacity are essential, and the ability to adjust and improve customer requirements and expectations is required.Duties
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Appier, you will be responsible for managing the customer success management function of the company's main clients. The main task is to provide solutions from both business and technical perspectives and to implement them for client success. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, increasing customer retention, updating contracts, and achieving the expansion of ACV based on the goals of the fourth quarter are essential for the successful adoption of new clients.
