Job Summary

In the recruitment position, you will be responsible for customer consultation, creating appropriate simulation methods for customer needs, supporting customers, improving business efficiency, and coordinating customer feedback and development team communication. In addition, you will also be involved in planning and business operations for providing Matlantis cloud services.

Duties

As a customer support engineer, you will be responsible for creating appropriate simulation methods for customer needs, supporting customers, selecting and introducing internal IT tools, and implementing business strategies for improving customer voice and reflecting it in development projects. In addition, you will also be involved in visualizing customer feedback and reflecting it in development projects. Furthermore, you will be actively involved in activities related to physics, chemistry, materials science, knowledge related to computational science, and programming skills using the Python language, and you will be responsible for promoting smooth communication with customers and internal/external companies as part of business efficiency optimization.
