In this recruitment, we are seeking individuals with 0-4 years of experience in mixed-signal IC design and/or verification, who are proficient in at least one of the following languages: Verilog, SystemVerilog, VerilogAMS. Strong understanding of analog circuits, digital design processes, and top-level integration is required, along with basic knowledge of PMIC and DC-DC converters. Excellent simulation debugging skills, proficiency in Unix environment and shell scripting, with a basic understanding of Python are desired. In addition, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, in-depth understanding of organizational objectives, awareness and sensitivity to cross-cultural dynamics, and results-oriented mindset are essential. Providing frequent reports on progress status and roadblocks, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders is also required.Duties
This candidate will provide technical content as a liaison with the US and UK design and verification teams, and collaborate effectively to achieve the initial silicon success, platform milestones, and schedule adherence. Additionally, executing the added tasks from management, and implementing the technical verification from the manager are also required. Technical skills such as mixed-signal IC design and/or verification, proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Verilog, SystemVerilog, VerilogAMS, and basic knowledge of PMIC and DC-DC converters are also sought. Other strong technical understandings such as Unix environment, shell scripting, and basic understanding of Python are necessary. Non-technical skills such as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, deep understanding of organizational objectives, keen insights into business trends and market conditions, awareness and sensitivity to cross-cultural dynamics, and the ability to deliver on-time under tight schedule pressure are also required.Login to see all information about offers.
