Senior Project Managerとして、営業ヒアリングや受託案件の獲得、企画提案、要件定義を行い、プロジェクトを推進します。具体的には、既存プロダクトの仕様把握や顧客との折衝、報告資料作成など多岐にわたる業務を担当。開発チームと連携し、プロダクトマーケットフィットの検証を行い、スピード感を持って各開発案件の管理を行います。Duties
Senior Project Managerとして、各開発案件のプロジェクトファシリテーションマネジメント（PFM）を迅速に行います。具体的には、営業ヒアリングを通じて受託案件を獲得し、企画や提案、要件定義を行います。開発工数や進捗の管理はエンジニアリングマネージャー（EM）と連携しながら進め、既存プロダクトの仕様を把握し、ビジネスチームの要望を理解します。また、プロジェクト推進のためのPRD（プロダクト要件定義書）や要件定義書を作成し、社内向けの報告資料を作成します。顧客との折衝も行い、営業部門と連携してプロダクトマーケットフィットの検証のための顧客ヒアリングを実施します。これにより、顧客のニーズを的確に捉え、プロダクトの改善や新機能の提案に繋げることが求められます。Login to see all information about offers.
