AI導入コンサルタントは、クライアントサービスチームの一員として、顧客の課題を理解し、技術的かつ創造的な解決策を提案します。具体的には、プロダクトの導入支援やサポート、ユーザーからのフィードバックを基にしたプロダクト改善、エンジニアとの仕様調整などを行います。顧客とのコミュニケーションを通じて、プロダクトの理解を深め、導入後のサポートを提供します。Duties
AI導入コンサルタントとして、クライアントサービスチームの一員として、顧客のニーズに応じたAIプロダクトの導入支援を行います。具体的には、顧客の業務課題を理解し、それに対する技術的かつ創造的な解決策を提案します。また、プロダクトのインストールやアップグレード、デモ、トレーニングを通じて顧客のプロダクト理解を促進し、導入後のサポートも担当します。さらに、ユーザーからのフィードバックを収集し、データ分析を行うことでプロダクトの改善に寄与します。プロダクトのテストを実施し、エンジニアとの仕様のやりとりを行うことも重要な業務です。これにより、顧客がAIを効果的に活用できるようにサポートし、ビジネスの成長に貢献します。Login to see all information about offers.
