Rakuten Institute of Technology (RIT) is a core AI research institute in Rakuten, and has 6 strategic bases in Tokyo, Singapore, Boston, San Mateo, Bengaluru, and Paris. We conduct cutting-edge research in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, knowledge discovery, and data mining, and have a dedicated AI research team that specializes in data mining, and optimization of user experiences and marketing effectiveness within the Rakuten Group. We conduct advanced research in machine learning and bandit algorithms, and conduct the forefront research of reinforcement learning and optimization of the bandit algorithm within the Rakuten Group.Job Summary
In the position of Data Analyst, we will focus on data-driven decision-making and visualization, and contribute to the improvement of strategies and issues within Rakuten's various services. We will directly engage with customers, understand feedback, propose solutions that can be implemented, and propose innovative suggestions. We will also provide data-driven suggestions to customers by closely collaborating with engineering and providing data-driven suggestions. We will utilize GCP, Python, SQL, and other technologies in conjunction with GCP to plan and implement data platforms on GCP, and provide opportunities for operation.Duties
For the development of Rakuten Group's EC service, we will be responsible for the development, maintenance, progress improvement, and the establishment of new services such as warehouse management system (WMS) and transportation management system (TMS). We will also contribute to business towards Rakuten's market. We will focus on the transfer to a data-driven organization, utilize GCP as a data platform, plan the construction of data analysis platforms on GCP, and provide opportunities for data analysis.Login to see all information about offers.
