As a data scientist, analyze the usage logs and business data of the virtual human assistant 'LUDENS', propose improvements to the machine learning model and progress to a product that can solve a wider range of customer issues. This includes data extraction and analysis using SQL, evaluation of machine learning models, visualization of analysis results, and creation of reports.Duties
As a data scientist, analyze changes in KPIs such as the use of the virtual human assistant, products, sales, and inventory, and propose improvements to the machine learning model and progress to a product that can solve a wider range of customer issues.
