Senior Product Managerとして、顧客ニーズの把握や要件定義、プロダクトの企画・推進を担当します。短期的には既存プロダクトの仕様把握やPRD作成、中長期的にはプロダクトロードマップの策定や開発チームのリードを行います。多職種との協働を通じて、プロダクトの全ライフサイクルに対するオーナーシップを持ち、戦略的な影響力を発揮する役割です。Duties
Senior Product Managerとして、顧客ニーズの把握や要件定義を行い、プロダクトの企画から開発までをリードします。具体的には、顧客とのヒアリングを通じてニーズを明確化し、優先度を決定した上で、独自プロダクトの企画を行います。短期的には、既存プロダクトの仕様を把握し、ビジネスチームの要望を整理してPRDや要件定義書を作成し、プロジェクトを推進します。また、社内向けの報告資料を作成し、プロダクトマーケットフィットを検証するための顧客ヒアリングも実施します。中長期的には、プロダクトのロードマップを作成し、開発チーム全体に方針を提示しながら、プロダクトの事業計画を策定します。これにより、AI技術を活用したプロダクトの開発を通じて、日本企業の生産性向上に寄与することを目指します。Login to see all information about offers.
