Associate Product Managerとして、顧客ニーズの把握や要件定義、プロダクトの企画を行います。短期的には既存プロダクトの仕様把握やPRD作成、プロジェクト推進を担当し、中長期的にはプロダクト開発チーム全体の方針を提示し、リードする役割を担います。多職種の専門家と協力しながら、プロダクトの全ライフサイクルに対するオーナーシップを持ち、戦略的思考やリーダーシップ能力を磨く機会があります。Duties
Associate Product Managerとして、顧客ニーズの把握や要件定義を行い、プロダクトの企画から実行までをスピード感を持って推進します。具体的には、顧客とのヒアリングを通じてニーズを明確化し、優先度を決定した上で、独自のプロダクトを企画します。短期的には、既存プロダクトの仕様を把握し、ビジネスチームの要望を整理してPRD（Product Requirements Document）や要件定義書を作成し、プロジェクトを推進します。また、プロダクト方針の企画や立案、社内向けの報告資料作成、顧客ヒアリングを通じたプロダクトマーケットフィットの検証も行います。中長期的には、プロダクト開発チーム全体に対して方針を提示し、リーダーシップを発揮してプロダクト開発を推進します。Login to see all information about offers.
